Anger Management 101 by Ugo Uche

Taming the Beast Within

Although this book is straight forward, and very direct. It lacks a lot of substance to the information. At only seventy-two pages, it's a quick and easy read. This makes it a convenient read while on a plane or even during a lunch break. Everyone can take at least one fact from this book and apply it to their lives. I recommend this as a intro book to other anger management books. The cover does not match the contents, and could use a bit more excitement. Overall, I would rate this book at a 4/5.
