This book follows a man named Griff who is a cardiologist working in an old mental institution, turned into a hospital. To make things more creepy, Griff has a problem with lying, manipulating and threatening his way to the top. Even if it means hurting people along the way. His goal is to make a drug that would change the health of many peoples hearts. But at what cost?

This is a dark thriller that has many twists and turns you just don't see coming. I thought it was cool that Richard Tenney used his experience from his medical doctor's background. In his bio, he even says that some of the story is factual. I wonder which parts. I would rate this book a 5/5 for his thrill and excitement Richard poured into this book.
